Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a superior ready-mixed concrete product that saves our clientele time and money using new technology and state-of-the-art (admixture included) mix designs to allow them to achieve the most efficient product workability for their individual project environments while continuously providing support through great service, competitive prices and the extensive knowledge of our team.
Goals
Our goal as a company is to be integral community members and community leaders in the areas we work and serve and supporters of that same community by providing employment opportunities for local families, supporting the local youth programs like 4h and T.Y.R.A, sponsorship of the community youth sports teams, local police departments, fire stations other small business support through donations
Our Plan
We fulfill our Mission Statement and accomplish our goals through continuing education, training and knowledge seminars for our employees keeping them up to date on the latest techniques and advances being made in the concrete industry. Providing a safe and comfortable work environment that takes care of our employees through a focus on family, employee benefits and allowing earned growth opportunities for our team members that strive to be positive examples in the workplace and consistently show integrity in day-to-day operations. And finally, by joining community organizations through the corporation like local Chambers of Commerce and the Junior Youth Rodeo Associations that help the community grow and provide the kind of wholesome support for our youth that will continue to make a difference for generations to come.
